B2C Marketing: How Branding, PR, Social Media Marketing increased brand awareness, multiple venues and participants in exercise classes.

Summary – Gay Herron, owner of Solefit LLC, the only Certified Essentrics Coach in the St. Louis area, was holding one class a week at her church in Eureka.  Her goal was to expand her classes and, at the same time, educate potential clients on the benefits of Essentrics  exercise program.

The Challenge: 

Educate potential clients, Increase awareness and number of locations for a unique, little known, brand of exercise classes.

The Solution:

  • Promo Xpertz designed a logo and branding package – business cards, trifold, signs, to be handed out at health fairs to gain names for a database of interested clients.

  • Researched health fairs for participation. Worked the shows with Solefit, secured demonstrations at the shows to educate potential clients.

  • Designed signage and booth for shows.

  • Worked with Solefit to secure four new locations in which to hold classes.

  • Appearance on two TV midday news programs

  • Article in local newspaper

  • Press Releases on new class offerings

  • Posts to Facebook and Twitter for interactive social media.

  • Custom designed a newsletter which is sent to database once per month to keep Essentrics top of mind.

  • Manage and update Solefit database for accuracy.

  • Monthly meetings to focus and strategize on new marketing initiatives to grow the business.

The Result:

Essentrics Exercise Program by Solefit is now taught four days per week in three diffferent locations. Soon to be expanded to an additional location in one of the largest hospital venues as summer class offering. Successful newsletter with over 80 percent opens per month.
